Terms & Conditions

When you register for lessons, you reserve a weekly time in my schedule for the duration of the school year. Because specific times are set aside for specific students, a student who does not attend a lesson will simply miss the benefit of that lesson.  If you know in advance that you need to miss a lesson due to travel or a school-related event, please contact me with more than 24 hours’ notice to schedule a make-up lesson. Missed make-ups and lessons cancelled within 24 hours cannot be made up. *Exceptions may be made for school-related conflicts, prolonged sickness, or extenuating circumstances on an individual basis.

Lessons are conducted during the year with some gaps for school holidays etc.  We aim for about 35-40 lessons in a year.  Lessons are weekly in most cases.

Tuition must be paid on the day of the lesson, either online or in cash, preferably before the lesson start time.  If tuition is more than five days late, a 15euro late fee will be added to your bill.  All tuition payments are non-refundable

In case the student would like to terminate their weekly lessons, please notify at least 3 weeks before.
 
Some learning material could be provided by the teacher, but it is expected of the student to buy the necessary music scores.
